Send it in
The service includes all new o-rings, but no broken parts and no electronics. The housing is reset and checked for leaks.
Camera sled required
Housing must be sent with the camera sled, otherwise it cannot be checked.
Shipping from outside the EU
Please state for customs: Defective housing for repair, value 80 €. We only accept DHL, UPS and FedEx deliveries from outside the EU.
Turnaround
A standard service takes two weeks. In exceptional cases longer or shorter, by prior arrangement.
